About us

The story of Bonita Bistro began in the late 1980s in Békéscsaba, where we first captivated our guests with Turkish-inspired dishes. Since then, the Mediterranean cuisine, particularly Italian pizza and pasta, has become our main focus.

Our pizzas are handmade according to Neapolitan traditions, crafted from high-quality DOP ingredients. We offer our pastas from Italian artisanal producers or from our own fresh homemade pasta.

Authentic flavors are important to us, which is why we have studied not only in Italy but also in France – this is how our shellfish dishes and homemade Crème Brulée were born.
