About us
The story of Bonita Bistro began in the late 1980s in Békéscsaba, where we first won over our guests with Turkish-inspired dishes. Since then, Mediterranean cuisine – particularly Italian pizza and pasta – has become our main focus.
Our pizzas are handmade according to Neapolitan traditions, crafted from high-quality DOP ingredients. We offer pasta from Italian artisan producers or from our own fresh, homemade dough.
Authentic flavors are important to us, which is why we have studied not only in Italy but also in France – this is how our mussel dishes or our homemade Crème Brulée were born.
